Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, clients must notify us within 30 days of project completion, with a detailed explanation of reasons.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 15 business days, with a deduction of 10% for administrative fees.
- Client must have paid in full
- Project must be completed
- Client must provide written notice
Exceptions and Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable for custom software development projects with a value over $10,000.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated based on the services provided, with a maximum of 50% of the total project cost.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
